As the opening of this US District Court judgement makes clear, Glenn petioned the Illinois Supreme Court to review the denial of a law license to his Nazi. He also appealed this judgement to the Federal Appeals Court who ruled in 2003.
However, not all of his petitions were heard. As this judgement notes,The United States Supreme Court denied Hale’s petition.
