RE: Apology

it wasn't by his beliefs that i was offended. he's welcome to believe that i have horns & a tail if he likes. what did offend me was the assertion that Israel would do such a thing--with no evidence at all proffered to substantiate such a claim.

i think maybe he grew to understand what roused my ire.

I never considered the fact that he was dipping into your allowable bandwidth every time the post was viewed. That means Doug is stealing. I doubt that he realizes that, but I am nevertheless shocked and mortified! If he were an escort, this would start an immediate flame war with the usual crowd decrying his villainy and the other side making excuses and blaming you for his conduct.

No - I've begun taking his pictures and uploading them to my own site. I have to say, he has some great pics like this one - a guy I think is one of the hottest ever:

I'm considering using that as my avatar pic - what do you think?

I'll confess I started uploading the pics to my own site because Bluenix started deleting the pictures I was using from his site (thereby leaving gaping holes in my posts - and I HATE gaping holes), and not because I didn't want to steal his bandwith (which, as you correctly speculated, I didn't realize I was doing), but the effect, nonetheless, is that I am no longer stealing his bandwith.

You owe me a heartfelt and sincere apology for casting such serious accusations which, as you now know, are false.

According to Flower (and his "highest authority"), I am one - a hairy, dominant one from Brazil.

That sounds like so much fun! Can't we pretend I am an escort so that we can do this?

I think he looks suspiciously like a certain hairy, dominate Brazilian. If Flower is correct, we are going to have to add narcissist to your lengthy list of faults and crimes against humanity.

It’s been done to death, but just wait a month or two. These events are as regular and predictable as the seasons.

Would this be the same Israel that fostered the creation of Hamas and Hezbollah, and which walked in lockstep and jackboot with the former apartheid South Africa? Hmmh, there is no "probabbly" about it indeed!

Well if a state explodes a bomb in a crowded market, might it be reasonable to expect that innocent civilians might be adversely affected, and if so would that be regarded as a "proportionate" response as a matter of international law? I suppose one can't expect a person who rejects reasonableness and proportionality to understand the equation between state sponsored terror and terror by non-governmental organizations.
